FAQ

Q1: Do I need Wi-Fi to play?
No — our console comes pre-loaded with all the games, so you can play anytime, anywhere, even without an internet connection.

Q2: How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
On a full charge, you’ll get around 10-12 hours of gameplay. It recharges fully in about 2 hours using the included USB-C cable.

Q3: What retro systems and games are included?
Our device supports a wide range of classic platforms — 8-bit & 16-bit consoles, handhelds from the ’90s, retro arcades and early 3D systems from the late ’90s and early 2000s.
It comes pre-installed with 17,000+ games and a ready-to-use memory card. You can further upgrade storage if you like.

Q4: Can I add more games to the console?
Yes! You can expand your game library by using a microSD card:

  • Insert the card into your computer.

  • Create a “Games” folder and copy your compatible ROM files into the correct sub-folders.

  • Insert the microSD card into the console and refresh the game list.
This allows you to enjoy additional titles beyond what’s pre-loaded.

Q5: How do I save my game progress?
While playing a game, press and hold Select, then press X to open the quick menu.

  • Choose Save State to store your game at any moment.

  • Later, use the menu again and select Load State to resume.
You can also enable auto-save and auto-load via settings for convenience.

Q6: Can I use cheat codes?
Yes — cheat codes are supported. While in-game:

  • Press Select + X to open the menu.

  • Navigate to “Cheats”.

  • Load the appropriate cheat file for your game.

  • Toggle the cheats on, then resume the game with the codes enabled.

Q7: Is multiplayer or trading supported (such as for Pokémon)?
Yes, for certain titles like Pokémon there are trading or netplay features. For example:

  • Before launching the game, press Select to edit game metadata.

  • Set the emulator to RetroArch32, core GPSP, save the settings.

  • Launch the game → go to Netplay → select Host → set “Max Simultaneous Connections” to 2.
This allows you to trade or play head-to-head with another Arcadia console.

Q8: What about shipping and tracking?
Orders are processed promptly, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. Typical delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Q9: Is there a warranty included?
Yes — every Arcadia console comes with a 1-year warranty. If any defect arises during that period, we’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.

Q10: What if a game doesn’t behave properly or lag occurs?
Our hardware uses a capable quad-core processor to ensure smooth gameplay. However, some more advanced titles may need a minor adjustment (for instance changing emulator core or config). If you encounter any issues, check our support page or contact us.

Q11: What’s the return or refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the device arrives defective, you may contact our support team within the specified return window (please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy page). Products must be returned in the condition described for the policy to apply.

Q12: Is the console compatible with my TV or screen?
Yes — the unit supports external display output (e.g., HDMI) and works with modern TVs and monitors. Please check the product specs for exact compatibility details (output resolution, cable type, etc.).

Q13: Can I upgrade or change the storage/memory size?
Absolutely. The console comes with a pre-installed microSD card containing the game library, and you’re free to replace or upgrade this to a larger capacity card to include more games or backups.
